		<description>I agree but for my work in Higher Education all of our social media sites have the schools logo and we want to maintain consistency.

For my personal Twitter twitter.com/mikeymike485 I use a photo of myself which is the same on LinkedIn, Facebook etc… also maintaining consistency.

I do however find it funny to see what some people post on these sites as an avatar.

		<description>Currently I choose to be annonymous on twitter, thus a picture of my dog for my avatar and a screen name for a name on the application.
